Starmer: Blackpool has sent a message to Rishi Sunak

Labour have won the Blackpool South by-election, taking the seat from the Conservatives.

Labour leader Keir Starmer says the result “sends a message” to Rishi Sunak, and calls on the prime minister to “make way”.
